The Internet Culture Development Forum was held on July 9 during the 2026 China Internet Conference.

Theme sharing sessions covered digital twin and AIGC applications in Beijing's Central Axis cultural heritage protection, and the diverse value of online dramas in IP full-chain development.
Panel discussions agreed that AI technology has significantly lowered content creation barriers, giving rise to immersive cultural tourism and AI short dramas, while also bringing challenges such as copyright ambiguity.
